Dry and crisp with bright stone fruit aromas, refreshing citrus and orchard fruit flavors, and a floral, herbal twist on the finish.
An excellent aperitif which also complements grilled fish, chicken dishes and fresh cheeses.

Silver Palm Chardonnay 2014
North Coast, California
Nose of apple blossom and pear. On the palate, ripe flavors of white peach, Gravenstein apple and Meyer lemon with a near flinty finish that provides balanced acidity.
Pairs well with a wide variety of light fish and shellfish dishes.

Ironstone Obsession 2015
California
85% Symphony, 15% Chenin Blanc.
Honey is the key word to describe the nose and flavor of this extremely aromatic and just slightly sweet wine, which also offers notes of honeysuckle and honeydew.
Captivating aromas of gardenia, honeysuckle and star jasmine. Flavors are tropical with peaches, pineapple and a hint of ginger, finishing off crisp and clean.
An ideal complement to many types of cuisine, especially ones that are on the spicy side, such as Pad Thai or other Thai dishes. The hot curry found in Indian cuisine is cooled by Obsession’s fresh fruit flavors, great with grilled fruits.

100% Tempranillo Vines over 20 years old. An approachable young wine with floral and mineral notes and elegant acidity. Not aged in wood.
This youthful red sports floral and mineral notes leading to a palate of deep red and blue fruits. Plummy balsamic notes are the perfect foil for the elegant acidity. Aged completely in stainless to keep the freshness of the fruit. Great with lighter meats and fowl but will also stand up to a steak.

Intense ruby red with fuchsia and black notes on the outline. Aromas of huckleberry pie, blackberry, black fig and dulce de leche with hints of mocha and eucalyptus. Concentrated, with a sweet, broad blueberry entry due to the ripe, pliable tannins. Well-structured, with a balanced acidity and long finish.

Off-dry, Ripe peach flavors balance lively acidity, hints of lime and characteristic minerality. The fresh, balanced taste of clean slate is achieved by carefully selecting grapes from vineyards throughout the Mosel. The steep blue slate slopes of the Lower Mosel give the wine its minerality while the Middle Mosel provides a hint of spice to complement the characteristics fresh peach flavors of the Upper Mosel.

Masi Tupungato Passo Doble Red 2013

Tupungato Passo Doble Red is one of Argentina’s unique wines—Masi’s specialty process of double fermentation uses fresh Malbec grapes and a percentage of lightly dried Corvina grapes. This technique deftly combines the history from the Veneto with the richly flavored Malbec grape from Mendoza. The wine is rich with ripe, black fruit flavors with vegetal and licorice notes and finishes with a soft, long finish, with vanilla traces and minerality. Displays complex ripe red fruit aromas, . Baked plum and Grilled Lamb, Roasted Pheasant, Gruyere or Aged Cheddar Cheese.

Clancy’s Barossa Red Blend, Australia 2014
Clancy’s Red is a pure Barossa wine, a collaboration of winemakers and growers who believe in making honest wines that punch above their weight. A blend of Cabernet, Merlot and Shiraz, this wine is soft and supple and full of juicy flavour. A deep cherry red color leads to a bouquet showing blackcurrant from the Cabernet, vibrant red fruits from Shiraz and Merlot and charry oak in the background. Domaine de Verquière, AOC Côtes du Rhône, France 2015
Grenache: 80% Syrah: 20% With a strong beautiful red colour, alive with round, fresh with tart black fruits, peppery notes, and background spice. Dark layered fruit with some floral notes from the Grenache are balanced by spicy, peppery notes from the Syrah and the finish is long and lingering. Rabbit, Lamb, Mediterranean cuisine.

Honoro Vera, Cabernet Sauvignon, Jumilla, Spain 2015
Deep ruby, Perfumed scents of cassis, blackberry and cedary oak carry subtle tobacco and vanilla overtones. Juicy and focused on the palate, offering dark berry, bitter cherry and cracked pepper flavors that unfold slowly.
