Two Angels Sauvignon Blanc 2017 High Valley, CA
This fruit-forward wine shows great intensity as it is poured into the glass, with hints of grapefruit, pear, honeysuckle, and citrus blossoms to name a few. A little sur lies aging adds a little weight to the mid-palate without sacrificing the refreshing crispness form entry to long, lingering finish. Added flavors of honeydew melon and mineral notes are evident on the palate.
Serve slightly chilled, a great accompaniment to fish and shellfish.

Torresella Prosecco NV Veneto, Italy

The flavor is soft, with a creamy fruitiness that hints of almond. This wine is great as an apéritif or with dry sweets and soft cheeses. Serve well chilled. 90pts W&S

Domaine Roman Pinot Noir 2016
A complex nose of smokey red fruit, vanilla and mild peppery spice. A core of plum, cherry and raspberry fruit with added characters of spices and vanilla on the palate, the wine is backed with a long, lingering, finish. Roasted or BBQ meats and fuller flavored cheeses.

Marietta Old Vine Red Lot 67 Sonoma County, California

Deep colour which foreshadows intense, but never excessive scents. It combines roundness and austerity, telling in detail of its terroir. Passionate. Pasta, charcuterie and, in general, traditional dishes from Emilia. (Cured Meats, Parmesan, Balsamic Vinegar)
