Strong notes of citrus, especially lemon, with a light fizz. The finish is dry and lingers slightly with hints of mixed veggies. Food matches Traditional Wiener schnitzel, Wasabi and tuna salad, Zucchini quiche.

Thomas Henry, Chardonnay, Sonoma California
Bright, satisfying flavors of Asian pear and green apple, with a hint of fresh baked brioche. Crisp, yet smooth, finish of fruit and acidity. Goes well with a round of camembert cheese or baked brie

Quady Electra, Moscato, Central Valley, California
Soft bubbles float over flavors of sweet citrus, peach and melon. A bouquet of wildflowers refreshes the senses. Picnic wine for drinking outside, in warm weather. Fruit, salads, spicy Asian and Indian foods.

The palate is honeysuckle pear, peach, orange & light rind, what a well structured citrus, white stone fruit experience. The long finish has a creamy tang. Trout in butter sauce, Crab stuffed Flounder.

Bouquet of fine fruit notes accompanied with raspberries and wild cherry. On the palate one can find subtle herbal notes and a full body. Pulled Pork, Pizza, Fried Chicken.

Trivento, Torrontes, 2015, Mendoza, Argentina
Bright golden yellow in color with greenish reflections. An alluring bouquet with floral notes of roses and violets and hints of citrus. Crisp and well-structured, offering flavors of delicate tropical fruit and citrus. Beautiful Apertif, Smoked Salmon, Apple Walnut Salad, Grilled Mahi-Mahi.

Drumheller, Merlot, 2012, Columbia Valley, Washington
Opens with aromas of blueberry, subtle spice and rose petals with hints of cocoa. Balanced in style, this wine is structured yet lively. Pairs with savory dishes. Lamb, mushroom risotto, rich soy-based sauces.

Crios, Red Blend, 2014, Mendoza, Argentina
Deep ruby color with bluish hues. Intense and complex nose where the typical aromas of each variety are nicely combined to show their best expression: black plums coming from Malbec, fresh cherries and Black Currant from Cabernet Sauvignon, ripe black fruits from the Tannat, slightly mixed with spicy notes from Petit Verdot. Pale gold with green hues. The aroma of white flowers and honeysuckle, with hints of apricot. The palate is rich, long and ripe, with citrus and tropical fruit flavours. Pairs with Curried/Jerked Chicken.

Washington State
Crisp and clean, nice balance of fruit and acidity. Flinty, mineral elements , light floral hint, followed with the suggestion of tart/sweet apple on the palette. Serve with Duck Confit, Feta stuffed Bell Peppers.

Aromas of spiced pears, caramel and baked apple are layered over butterscotch and brown barrel spices. The flavors are an enticing play of crisp apple and cream. Pair with Crab Cakes, Salmon Steaks.

Ironstone, Cabernet Franc
Lodi, California
Red berries, earth, and herbs on the nose. The herbaceous quality continues on the palate, along with notes of tart red cherries, and vanilla. Dry tannins and bright acidity. Goes with Stew, Meatballs in Tomato Sauce, Lamb Gyros, Camembert, Dark Chocolate Dessert.

Mendoza, Argentina
Clean and fruitful nose. Plums and quince aromas, with a touch of elegant oak. Blackberry and licorice fruit in the mouth and a rich and long finish with smoky accents of vanilla and lingering oak. Enjoy it with pasta, red and white meats in light cream sauces.

Luscious blend of Zinfandel, Cabernet, Petite Sirah and Merlot. Blend of rich concentrations and aromas of blackberry, vanilla and toasted oak. Bright aromatic notes highlighted by citrus, honeydew, and honeysuckle.  A nicely balanced bright mouthfeel and round texture, notes of crisp apple and minerality. Textured layers of lychee and white peach flavors. Camembert, Gen Tso’s Chicken, Veal Chops, Sushi.

Mud House, Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand
Lively citrus, grapefruit. Has that zappy acidity. Nose has some slight vegetal notes; to its very aromatic gooseberry citrus start. Red Tuna Tartare, Chicken Tarragon, Crab Stuffed Avocado
