Chardonnay-Sauvignon Blanc 2014, Asio Outs, Umberto, Italy, $9.99
Round wine with elegant nose, balanced and harmonic with long, persistent finish. Smoked salmon & avocado sushi, Ceviche w/ cilantro & chili, baked salmon w/cherry tomatoes.

Viognier 2014, Yulumba, Barossa Valley, Australia, $12.99
The aroma offers intense white flowers and honeysuckle, with hints of apricot nectar. The palate is rich and very long and ripe, with citrus and tropical fruit flavors. Thai red curry, roasted chicken with apricots, seared scallops.

Sauvignon Blanc 2014, Rustenberg, Stellenbosch, South Africa, $11.99
Melon, fig, herb, and freshly squeezed aromas of citrus and tropical fruits. Array of clean harmonious flavors of ripe melon and citrus. Shrimp Scampi, Spaghetti w/clam sauce.

Pinot Noir 2012, Pinot Patch, California, $14.99
Aromas of cranberry, blackberry, sage and lavender. Light yet full with a lifting acidity, finishing with depth and intensity. Cedar grilled salmon, pizza and hamburgers.

Red Blend 2012, Rustenberg, Stellenbosch, South Africa, $12.99
Spicy red berry aromas followed by delightfully rich flavours of blackcurrant, cherry and plum with hints of clove and mint on the finish. Braised pork belly, shoulder of lamb, mushroom stroganoff, charred gruyere burger.

Red Blend 2014, Rib Shack Red, South Africa, $10.99
60% Pinotage 40 % Shiraz. Ripe dark berry flavors, smoky oak spice. Complex smooth and juicy textured finish. BBQ, sizzling steak, sticky ribs, hamburgers, pulled pork, fried chicken.

Evil Twin Ryan and the Beaster Bunny (American Saison) 7%
Appearance: Straw gold,some haziness from the malt, and a big white head that dissipates quickly and leaves lacing.
Aroma: Sweet toasty malts, with herbal, earthy hops, and lemon, pepper corn, banana, and pear aromas from the yeast.
Flavor: Caramel toasty wheat malt flavors, with herbal earthy, fruity, banana, lemon and peppercorn.
Mouthfeel: Medium light bodied, Medium carbonation.

Stillwater Artisanal Cellar Door (Belgian style saison with sage) 6.8%
Appearance: Hazy bright gold with a thick and firm white head, great head retention.
Aroma: Biscuit malt , with lemon and sage up front. Spicy, herbal, and earthiness compliment the sage.
Flavor: Toasted Biscuit, sage, mid palate fruity and spicy, with with a lemon peppery finish.
Mouthfeel: light bodied, medium carbonation, crisp dry finish.

Off Color Brewing Troublesome (German style Gose) 4.3%
Appearance: Hazy straw gold, with a thin white head that dies off quickly.
Aroma: Lemons and coriander are dominate, with a touch of toasty wheat and fruity yeast character
Flavor: Tart lemon like flavor is throughout, a touch of salt and coriander, especially on the finish,
Mouthfeel: light bodied, medium high carbonation, dry finish

Sixpoint Sweet Action (Pale/Wheat/Cream Hybrid) 5.2%
Appearance: Light amber, almost orange, with a bit of haze from the wheat. Small white head that lingers.
Aroma: Sweet toasty malts with grapefruit and citrus hop character
Flavor: Sweet bready, cracker and toasty malt balances the bitter, grapefruit and citrus hop flavors. Cereal corn like malt character and some earthiness on the finish.
Mouthfeel: Light Bodied, Medium Carbonation

Stillwater Artisanal Stereo (American IPA) 7%
Appearance: Murky honey yellow with an off white medium head that dissipates slowly
Aroma: light toasty malt, with some lemon, grapefruit, herbal, earthy hop character
Flavor: Grassy Grapefruit hop flavors are dominate, with some light toasty and caramel malt notes
Mouthfeel: Light bodied, medium high carbonation, dry finish

Sixpoint Resin (American Double IPA) 9.1%
Appearance: Copper orange color, with a small, white head that lingers, good clarity
Aroma: Piney resin dominates, with a slight amount of grapefruit zest, backed up by sweet caramel malt aroma
Flavor: Very balanced, caramel sweet biscuity malt flavors , slightly bitter, piney resin hop flavors
Mouthfeel: medium bodied, medium light carbonation

Evil Twin Molotov Cocktail (American Triple IPA) 13%
Appearance: Hazy orange, light copper, with a small white head
Aroma: Moderate amounts of pine at the front, followed by some sweet, almost brown sugar like malt, and some orange zest.
Flavor: An intense punch of orange and lemon zest, piney resinous, american hop qualities. dark sweet caramel malt flavors
Mouthfeel: Full bodied, medium carbonation, some alcohol burn

Evil Twin Freudian Slip (English Barleywine) 10.3%
Appearance: Dark brown with ruby highlights, some cloudiness, beige head that dissipates quickly
Aroma: Caramel and brown sugar malt character, with dark, overripe fruit character. Some floral, citrus, light earthiness from the hops.
Flavor: Dark brown sugar, and caramel, with notes of dates, plums, and raisins. Some citrus hop bitterness on the finish.
Mouthfeel: Full bodied, light carbonation, some alcohol burn

Southern Star Buried Hatchet (American Imperial Stout) 8.25%
Appearance: Almost black, with a thin, tan head
Aroma: Roasted barley, coffee, chocolate, slight vanilla, sweet caramel and toffee
Flavor: Roasted malt up front, very light coffee, and a punch of bittersweet chocolate and slight vanilla character,
Mouthfeel: Full bodied, medium light carbonation, smooth finish, very little alcohol burn.

Stillwater Artisanal Surround (Wheat Smoked Imperial Stout) 10%
Appearance: Almost jet black, with a medium dark tan head that lingers.
Aroma: Chocolate roasty malt with a touch of dark licorice , smokiness, and earthiness
Flavor: Dark roasted malt, with bitter sweet chocolate, dark fruits, and smokiness , earthy herbal hop character. Bitterness from the malts more so than the hops.
Mouthfeel: Smooth, medium light bodied, medium light carbonation.
