Charles Smith Wines, Band of Roses 2017 Washington State
Brand new from Charles Smith 100% Pinot Gris “A Very cool wine. Pure, vibrant, fresh, penetrating perfume giving way to lilac, guava, tangerine, and passion fruit. Delivered on a silky palate, this rosé has got the beat!”

Matua Sauvignon Blanc 2016 Marlborough, New Zealand
Succulent, fleshy peach and nectarine flavors are accented by Key lime, mango and ruby grapefruit notes. Shows nice intensity on the long, expressive finish. Lemon and Prawn Risotto, Fresh Fish, or a Cheese Platter.

Robertson Special Late Harvest Gewürztraminer 2016 Western Cape, South Africa
Full bodied wine with honeysuckle and rose petals in bouquet. Rich and smooth with beautifully balanced sugar and acid give an extra interest by a touch of honeyed botrytis. Ideal with fresh fruit based desserts and mild soft cheeses.

Babylonstoren Babel 2015 Western Cape, South Africa
39% Shiraz. 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc. 10% Malbec 6- 6 % Petit Verdot
This dry, full-bodied red wine is a fusion of blackcurrant and spice with a hint of chocolate, with sweet tobacco and fynbos on the nose. Perfect for rack of lamb and a good piece of beef.

Masi Campofiorin 2014 Veneto, Italy
Blend: 70% Corvina, 25% Rondinella and 5% Molinara
With an intense, ruby-red color and violet traces, the wine shows generous, ripe aromas of plum and cherry jam, with hints of spice. Bold and rich flavors of bitter cherries and berry fruits stand out on the palate, with good acidity, balance and velvety tannins.
This very versatile wine is perfect with many different foods, including pasta with rich meat- or mushroom-based sauces, grilled or roasted red meats, game and mature cheeses.

Terra D’Oro Petite Sirah 2015 Amador County, California
The color is almost black, with lots of dark berry and black pepper aromas. Flavors are of pepper, meat and boysenberries. Bold and spicy with mineral details and refined tannins. A dark and opulent aubergine color in the glass, the wine has a powerful nose of sweet oak vanillin and bright, juicy fruit. The palate is focused with crisp and captivating flavors of ripe blueberry and jammy blackberry cobbler, with a warm oaky spice note on the finish. For a delightful and mouth-watering pairing, serve this wine with roast tenderloin of wild Boar, or baked root vegetable lasagna. Tannins make the mouthfeel thick and layered. A lingering finish attests to its considerable concentration.
