Big citrusy, herbal, tomato-bush aromas. Pretty fruit with herbal, lemony citrus notes. Crisp finish. With oysters or shellfish. Goat cheeses. Light cream sauces with Pecorino cheese.
     Chardonnay Vision 2008, Nugan, Riverina.  Australia
     September White Wine of the Month
A terrific everyday, medium-bodied Chard with lots of fresh pineapple, honeydew melon, and
spice aromas and flavors. Crisp, with just enough pretty oak for seasoning. Aperitif.  Grilled fish. Pan-fried scallops with creamy cheese grits.

Moscato D'Asti, Villa Rosa. Piemonte, Italy
     September Sweet Sparkler of the Month
Lightly sweet and beautifully balanced with a pleasant clean finish.  Pretty peach and apricot aromas and flavors. (Moscato d’Asti is less effervescent and lower in alcohol than Asti).Enjoy it chilled at the end of a meal by itself or with pastry or fresh fruit.
A great match with a pumpkin pie.

Château St Martin - Cuvée Tradition 2006, Kermit Lynch. France
A impressive blend of Syrah and Carignan from southwestern Languedoc. Generous dark berry aromas and flavors; fresh, stimulating, and complex. Flavorful cheeses. Rabbit ragout with sopressato. Flank steak with shallot and garlic wine sauce.

An attractive, fruit forward Cab. Fruity aromas and flavors of blackberries and black currants. Velvety tannins. Lingering finish. Perfect for red meat dishes such as braised lamb shanks or roast venision.
Shiraz Vision 2007, Nugan. Australia
Elegant, restrained, earthy, ripe berry aromas. Spicy dark berry and plum flavors with a hint of anise. The spicy overtones work well with Asian and Indian foods, as well as traditional red meat dishes
such as roast lamb or slow cooked beef roasts.
